Fuel filter parts and assemblies

List of parts and assemblies of the fuel filter with technological notes on repair to drawing VC3.065:
1. Pressure line from the fuel tank:
- color: white or with a white label.
2. Screw: 8 Nm.
3. Return line to the fuel radiator:
- color blue or with a blue label.
4. Screw plug for condensate removal (water):
- unscrew and pump out about 100 cubic meters. seep liquids using a manual vacuum pump.
5. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
6. Pressure line to double pump:
- marked with a white marking.
7. Return line from double pump:
- marked with a blue label.
8. The top part of the fuel filter.
9. Fuel temperature sensor (G81).
10. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
11. Filter element.
12. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
13. The lower part of the fuel filter.
14. Bracket fixing screw: 8 Nm.
15. Bracket.
16. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
17. Fixing bracket.
18. Connecting fitting for fuel temperature sensor (G81).
19. From a double pump.
