Fuel supply system

List of parts and assemblies of the fuel tank with technological notes on repair to drawing VC3.063:
1. Ground connection:
- check the security of fastening.
2. Neck fixing screws: 2 Nm.
3. Retainer.
4. Filler cap.
5. Rubber boot.
6. Fuel tank.
7. Clamp screw: 20 Nm and tighten 1/4 turn (90°).
8. Collar.
9. O-ring:
- moisten with fuel during installation.
10. Fuel supply module with fuel level sensor.
11. Pressure line to the fuel filter:
- fixed on the fuel tank with clamps;
- black color;
- to separate from the flange, press the connection lock.
12. Return line from the fuel radiator:
- color: blue or with a blue label;
- fixed on the fuel tank with clamps;
- to separate from the flange, press the connection lock.
