1.9L BLS and BSU turbocharged air supply system

List of components and parts of the intake tract of diesel engines 1.9 l BLS and BSU with technological notes on repair to drawing VC3.077:
1. Heat shield fixing screw: 10 Nm.
2. Heat shield bracket.
3. Heat shield.
4. Oil supply hose to turbocharger:
- before installation, fill the turbocharger with engine oil through the oil supply line.
5. Turbocharger:
- it is replaced only with the exhaust manifold.
6. Vacuum hose connecting the vacuum chamber to the solenoid valve block.
7. Seal:.
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
8. To the particulate filter.
9. Clamp connecting the turbocharger to the particulate filter: 7 Nm.
10. Exhaust manifold:
- replace only complete with turbocharger.
11. Exhaust manifold mounting nut: 25 Nm:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
12. Screw for fastening the turbocharger to the support: 25 Nm.
13. Seal:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
14. Tube of the exhaust gas recirculation system.
15. Nut for fastening the flange of the exhaust gas recirculation pipe: 25 Nm:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
16. Turbocharger support flange bolt: 15 Nm.
17. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
18. Hollow bolt for draining oil into the crankcase: 60 Nm.
19. Support for turbocharger, including oil drain channel.
20. Exhaust gas temperature sensor (G235): 45 Nm:
- Lubricate the thread of the sensor with heat-resistant paste before installation.
21. Shield.
22. Connecting pipe inlet (into the turbocharger) duct.
23. Coupling screw: 9 Nm.
24. Heat shield fixing screw: 10 Nm.
