Removal and installation of the fuel supply module

1. Unscrew the union nut using a special wrench (1).

2. Remove the fuel supply module with sealing washer from the hole in the fuel tank.

Attention! When replacing a fuel delivery module from an old assembly, the fuel must be drained before disposal.

Installation

Installation of the fuel supply module is carried out in reverse order.

Attention!

• When installing, do not bend the float lever of the fuel level sensor.
• The sealing washer of the flange or fuel delivery module must be installed dry in the hole in the fuel tank.
• The sealing washer only needs to be lubricated with fuel when installing the flange or fuel delivery module.
