1. Coolant hose, upper.
2. O-ring;
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
3. Radiator:
- after replacement, change the coolant.
4. Lid:
- the safety valve in the lid should open at a pressure of 0.14-0.16 MPa (1.4-1.6bar).
5. Coolant level sensor connector.
6. Expansion tank screw: 5 Nm.
7. Expansion tank.
8. Radiator bracket.
9. Radiator bracket screw: 5 Nm.
10. Lower rubber pad for mounting the radiator.
11. fan fixing screw: 10 Nm.
12. Fan bracket.
13. Fan bracket screw: 5 Nm.
14. Radiator fan No. 2 (V177).
15. Fan connector.
16. Radiator fan (V7).
17. Coolant hose, lower:
- is fixed on the radiator with a fixing bracket.
18. Spring retainer.
19. Coolant temperature sensor at the outlet of the radiator (G83).
20. O-ring:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
21. O-ring.
