Elements of the system associated with the coolant pump

List of parts and assemblies of the cooling system (coolant pump) with technological recommendations for repair to drawing VC2.086:
1. Toothed belt of the main timing drive:
- Before removing, mark the direction of travel.
2. Coolant pump:
- check for jamming;
- in case of damage and loss of tightness, replace the assembly.
3. Screw securing the rear of the timing case: 10 Nm.
4. Rear of the timing case.
5. Upper part of the timing case.
6. Lower part of the timing case.
7. Screw for fastening the lower part of the timing case: 10 Nm.
8. Crankshaft pulley (V-ribbed belt).
9. Screw securing the crankshaft pulley 90 Nm + tighten 1/4 turn. (90*);
- when assembling, replace with a new one;
- lubricate with engine oil.
10. Screw for fastening the lower part of the timing case: 10 Nm.
11. Coolant pump mounting screw: 20 Nm.
12. Toothed pulley of the crankshaft.
