Removing
1 Remove the main timing belt.
2 Fix the crankshaft sprocket (1) old screw (2) to the crankshaft.
3. Set the crankshaft to the TDC position of cylinder No. 1.
4. The missing tooth of the toothed pulley must match the mark on the oil pump (arrow).
5. Turn the crankshaft or toothed pulley from the TDC position three teeth counterclockwise. At the same time, to the right of the cut tooth (A) toothed pulley third tooth (arrow) must match the TDC mark on the oil pump housing.
Attention! As a result of this installation, the crankshaft is brought into the installation position of the oil pump. One of the four cams of the driven disc hub on the crankshaft must be at the top.
6. Remove the main drive toothed belt tensioner.
7. Remove the oil pan.
8. Remove the oil receiver.
9. Remove the crankshaft sprocket.
10. Remove the oil pump.
11. Remove gasket.
12. Remove sealant residues on the cylinder block with a flat scraper.
13. Clean the seating surfaces; they must be free of oil and grease.
Installation
Installation condition
One of the four cams of the driven disc hub (arrow) on the crankshaft is at the top.
1. Install the mounting tool (1) on the crankshaft and tighten the screw by hand.
2. Install a new gasket on the centering sleeves (A).
3. Align arrow mark (A) oil pump inner rotor with mounting position marking arrow (IN) oil pump housing covers.
4. Lubricate all four cams of the crankshaft driven disc hub with oil.
5. Lightly lubricate the sealing lip of the crankshaft oil seal.
6. Carefully install the oil pump on the cams of the hub of the driven disk of the crankshaft.
7. If necessary, slightly rotate the inner rotor in relation to the cams of the hub of the driven disk of the crankshaft.
8 Carefully place the oil pump on the dowel sleeves.
9. Fix the oil pump with new screws. Tightening torque: 12 Nm.
10. Remove tool bushing.
11. Install the oil receiver.
12. Install the oil pan.
13. Install the main timing belt tensioner pulley.
