Removal and installation of the oil pump

Removing

1. Remove the oil pan and oil damper.

2. Remove the screw (2).



3. Remove the sprocket from the oil pump drive shaft.

4. Remove the screws (1) And (3) and remove the oil pump.

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order, observing the following instructions.

Install dowel sleeves on top of oil pump.

The asterisk is mounted on the oil pump shaft in only one position.

Install oil pan.

Tightening torques:

• Sprocket to oil pump shaft 20 Nm + 90°.
• Oil pump to cylinder block 15 Nm.
