Cylinder covers and flywheel

List of parts and assemblies with notes on installation work to Figure VC2.140:
1. Screw of fastening of a forward cover of the block of cylinders: 15 Nm.
2. Front crankshaft oil seal:
- distinguishing feature: without internal annular spring;
- do not additionally lubricate the working edge of the lip seal;
- when repairing the engine, replace.
3. Front cylinder block cover:
- mounted on centering bushings;
- To remove and install, remove the oil pan.
4. Threaded pin: 10 Nm:
- when repairing the engine, replace.
5. Cylinder block.
6. O-ring;
- when repairing the engine, replace.
7. Screw plug: 100 Nm.
8. Flywheel screw: 60 Nm, tighten 1/4 turn (90°):
- when repairing the engine, replace it with a new one.
9. Flywheel.
10. Intermediate plate:
- mounted on centering bushings;
- avoid kinks and damage during installation.
11. Rear cover of the cylinder block.
