Details and knots of a reception pipe with the catalyst

List of parts and assemblies of the exhaust pipe with a catalyst with technological notes on repair to drawing VC2.226:
1. Exhaust manifold.
2. Nut for fastening the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head: 25 Nm:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
3. Lambda probe (G39), before catalytic converter: 55 Nm:
- apply high-temperature thread paste only to the thread, do not allow the paste to get into the grooves of the lambda probe body.
4. Connecting sleeve:
- Tighten the clamp bolts evenly.
5. Coupling nut of coupling sleeve: 25 Nm.
6. Cross member of the body tunnel.
7. Cross member fastening nut: 23 Nm.
8. Lambda probe (G130), installed after the catalytic converter: 55 Nm:
- apply high-temperature thread paste only on the thread, it is unacceptable to get the paste into the grooves of the lambda probe body;
- the connector is located under the bottom cover on the right side.
9. Screw securing the bracket to the body: 25 Nm.
10. Bracket.
11. Downpipe with catalytic converter and bellows:
- the bellows must not be bent more than 10" due to the possibility of damage.
12. Nut for fastening the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold: 25 Nm:
- when assembling, replace with a new one;
- Apply high-temperature thread paste to the threads of the exhaust manifold studs;
- follow the tightening sequence.
13. Gasket:
- when assembling, replace with a new one.
