Pressing on the clutch and hub of the synchronizer of 1st and 2nd gears

Turn the synchronizer blocking ring so that the grooves are opposite the crackers.

Mounting position of the 2nd gear synchronizer intermediate ring

Installed with tabs (arrows) to 1st gear (A).

Mounting position of the inner synchronizer ring (A) 2nd gear

ledges (arrows 1) enter grooves (arrows 2) blocking (outdoor) rings (IN).

Mounting position of the freely rotating 2nd gear

Installed with a large collar (A) to 1st gear (IN). The protrusions of the intermediate ring of the synchronizer must enter the grooves of the shoulder (arrows).

Checking the wear of the blocking rings of the synchronizer of the 3rd and 4th gears

Install the blocking ring on the conical part of the gear and measure the gap with a feeler gauge «A».
