If, when checking the condition of the brake disc, it turns out that there are scuffs and deep marks on its working surface, as well as other damage, then grind or grind the brake disc to make them serviceable again. Both sides of the brake disc must be machined to the same depth, both sides of the disc must be parallel to each other, and the thickness of the disc must not be less than 23.0mm for the front disc and 8.0mm for the rear.
Check the axial runout of the working surface of the brake disc without removing it from the car, using a measuring device along the outer edge. To do this, install the pin of the measuring device at a distance of about 5 mm from the outer edge of the brake disc and slowly turn the disc. If the runout is more than acceptable, replace the disc or grind it.
