Removal and installation of a headlight

Withdrawal headlights in the following order:

• remove the turn signal next to the headlight (see subsection 16.7);
• remove the grille:
• unscrew the four bolts securing the radiator grille;
• squeeze the upper part of the grille outward and remove it from the lower mount;
• in the engine compartment, remove the protective cover of the headlight;
• disconnect the electrical connector located on the back of the headlight;
• unscrew the four headlight mounting screws from the front (two above and two below) and remove the headlight assembly towards the front.

Installation headlights spend in an order, the return to removal. Pay attention to the fact that the outer side of the headlight with the guide fits snugly against the edge of the wing. Tighten the headlight mounting screws to 8 Nm. After installing the headlight, check and, if necessary, adjust the headlights. We recommend that you adjust the headlights at the service station.
