Details and assemblies of the shock absorber strut of the adaptive chassis control system DCC

• 1 - Shock absorber with front left wheel damping adjustment valve -N336-, replace separately
• 2 - Chipper
• 3 - Protective cover
• 4 - Coiled spring, pay attention to the color coding, the choice of spring must be made in accordance with the assembly codes. These codes are listed on the vehicle data sticker, the surface of the spring must not be damaged
• 5 - Thrust ball bearing
• 6 - Support of the shock absorber strut, install a proper position
• 7 - Hexagon nut, M14x1.5, 60 Nm, self-locking, replace after each removal
• 8 - shock absorber cup
• 9 - Bracket for front left body acceleration sender -G341-, symbol stamped on the bracket "L". Make sure you are using the correct bracket
• 10 - Front left body acceleration sender -G341-, install on bracket in proper position
• 11 - Bolt, 5 Nm, replace after each removal
• 12 - Bolt, M8x26, 15 Nm and tighten by 90°, replace after each removal
• 13 - Bracket for front right body acceleration sender -G342-, symbol stamped on the bracket "R"
• 14 - Front right body acceleration sender -G342-, install on bracket in proper position
• 15 - Nut, 5 Nm, replace after each removal

Mounting position of front left body acceleration sender -G341- on bracket

Lug of bracket -1- must engage in recess in front left body acceleration sender -G341- -arrow-.

Instructions: Make sure you are using the correct bracket. The symbol is stamped on the bracket "L".

Installation position of front right body acceleration sender -G342- on bracket
