Multifunction steering wheel

The multifunction steering wheel allows you to control some of the communication system and cruise control functions from the steering wheel.

Removal and installation of blocks of buttons on a steering wheel

Removal and installation of the block of buttons on the left and right are performed in the same way. Remove the airbag module from the steering wheel. Remove the airbag module from the driver's side. Disconnect connector -1-.



Remove screw -arrow-. Remove key block.

Removing and installing the multifunction steering wheel control unit

Remove the airbag module from the steering wheel. Remove the airbag module from the driver's side. Disconnect both connectors from the control unit. Carefully pry up and remove the control unit with a suitable screwdriver -arrow-.

Components of a system consisting of a transceiver, battery, fuse and wiring harness

• 1 - Positive terminal, red wire with the corresponding output
• 2 - To terminal 15a, fuse this wire, fuse max. 15 A
• 3 - Ground of the antenna, it is necessary to ensure good contact with the body, the installation site of the antenna must have adequate anti-corrosion protection
• 4 - Receiving and transmitting antenna
• 5 - Shielded antenna cable, cable with coaxial connector
• 6 - Receiving and transmitting device of a telephone or walkie-talkie
• 7 - Wiring harness, red positive power wire with a cross section of 2.5 mm², 2.5 mm brown negative power cable². If necessary, a black wire with a cross section of 1.5 mm is laid to terminal 15a²
• 8 - Fuse block, installed in close proximity to the battery
• 9 - To starter
• 10 - battery
• 11 - Negative wire
• 12 - Weight on the body
