Adjustment of the extreme position of the wiper blades

Deactivate, since it is still active, the APS function. Wait until the brushes return to their original position and turn off the ignition. Adjust the initial position of the wiper blades.

Driver's side

The distance -A- between the end of the wiper lip and the lower edge of the windshield must be 10 mm. If necessary, adjust the initial position of the wiper blades by moving the wiper arms. Remove wiper arms. Tighten the screw connection to the specified tightening torque.

Passenger's side

The distance -B- between the end of the wiper lip and the lower edge of the windshield must be 17.5 mm. If necessary, adjust the initial position of the wiper blades by moving the wiper arms. Remove wiper arms. Tighten the screw connection to the specified tightening torque.
