Removal and installation of an accessory bracket

Remove engine bracket. Remove HPV. Remove generator.

WARNING: Do not depressurize the refrigerant circuit of the air conditioner.

Unbolt the air conditioner compressor from the accessory bracket and attach it to the radiator frame. Unscrew idler pulleys -1- and -2- and unscrew bolt for toothed belt cover -arrow-.



Unscrew bolts -6...1- and remove accessory bracket.



Installation in reverse order. In doing so, the following must be taken into account. Pay attention to the presence of mounting sleeves in the bracket of additional units, if necessary, replace the missing ones. Replace all bolts that are tightened with an additional turn.

Auxiliary bracket - tightening torques and sequence

Install accessory bracket bolts.

• Bolts -1- and -2- M10x52.
• Bolts -5- and -6- M10x60.
• Bolts -3- and -4- M10x30.

Tighten the accessory bracket bolts in order in 2 steps.

• 1. Screw in all bolts by hand until they touch.
• 2. Tighten all bolts to 40 Nm.
• 3. Turn bolts -3- and -4- by 45°.
• 4. Turn bolts -1, 2, 5 and 6- by 90°.

Install generator. Install injection pump. Install the engine bracket.
