Removal and installation of a pressure head oil pipeline to a turbocharger

Remove the air filter housing. Remove the charge air pipe. Remove connecting pipe to exhaust gas recirculation cooler. Unscrew nut securing vacuum pipe behind cylinder head -arrow-.



Unscrew the union nuts on the line on the oil filter bracket and on the turbocharger. Unscrew securing bolt -arrow- of clamp.



Remove pressure oil line.

Installation

Instruction: In the circuits of the proper installation of the oil supply line, the order of work must be observed.

Screw the union nuts of the oil pressure line onto the unions. Tighten the union nut on the oil filter bracket. Then hand-tighten the union nut on the turbocharger. Tighten first the union nut on the oil filter bracket and then the union nut on the turbocharger to 22 Nm. Reinstall the clamp and tighten the mounting bolt to 10 Nm. Install the connecting pipe to the exhaust gas recirculation cooler. Install the charge air pipe. Install the air filter housing.
