Removal and installation of the vacuum pump

Remove engine cover. Remove air filter. Remove the high pressure pump from «roller pusher». Unscrew earth wire -3- and remove bolt -4-.



Detach vacuum hose -1- from vacuum pump.



Unscrew bolts -arrows- and pull out vacuum pump.

Instruction: Disassembly of the vacuum pump is not allowed.

Assembly is carried out in the reverse order of removal, while observing the following. Clean seating surfaces. Put the gasket on the vacuum pump, insert 2 bolts and then insert into the cylinder head.
