Clutch pedal assembly

• 1 - Partition of the engine compartment with a socket for mounting the support bracket
• 2 - Seal, must be replaced, between the support bracket and the bulkhead of the engine compartment, glued to the support bracket
• 3 - Support bracket for fastening the clutch pedal, in some versions with a soundproof casing
• 4 - Bolt
• 5 - Servo spring
• 6 - Sleeve
• 7 - Support sleeve
• B - Clutch pedal
• 9 - Socket, for removal and installation, disconnect the master cylinder rod from the clutch pedal using pliers -T10005-
• 10 - Seal, always replace, between clutch master cylinder and support bracket
• 11 - Main cylinder, removed and installed after dismantling the support bracket -
• 12 - Clutch pedal position sender -G476-, can be checked in 'Guided Fault Finding' using tester -VAS 5051-
• 13 - Clamp, when removing and installing the pipeline, pull out the bracket until it stops
• 14 - Hose to tank
• 15 - Hex self-locking nut, 25 Nm, 3 pcs., for attaching the support bracket to the bulkhead of the engine compartment, be sure to replace
• 16 - Hexagon nut, 25 Nm, must be replaced
• 17 - Clutch pedal stop
