Action of the central lock

Central locking centrally locks and unlocks all doors, including the rear door.

The central lock is controlled by:

• mechanical key;
• remote control;
• keyless access;
• central locking keys.

Automatic locking «AUTO LOCK»

When a speed of approximately 6 km/h is reached, all vehicle doors are locked. This function can be activated in the main menu «Komfort-Setup».

Automatic wipe «AUTO UNLOCK»

All doors are unlocked when the ignition key is removed. This function can be activated in the main menu «Komfort-Setup».

Security lock

The included security lock makes it difficult for malicious entry into the car. When the security lock is on, the interior door handles and the central locking button do not function. When the security lock is on, the control LEDs in the front doors flash.

If the security lock is not activated, the vehicle can be unlocked from the inside. To do this, pull the door handle.

WARNING: No one should remain in a vehicle that is locked from the outside, as the doors cannot be opened from the inside.

NOTE: In the event of an accident with airbag deployment, the entire vehicle will be unlocked. However, only after turning the ignition off and on again will it be possible to block the car from the inside. Blocking the vehicle from the outside after an accident is not possible.
