Removing
Remove the driven disk. To do this, lock the vibration damper using the locking key T10069 (pic. 2.42).
Loosen the drive plate fixing bolts crosswise and unscrew them.
Remove the driven disk.
Installation
Screw the drive disc to the crankshaft with at least three old mounting bolts, tightening them to 30 Nm.
Measure the size with a depth gauge (pic. 2.43). Set value: 21.0-23.0mm.
If the actual value is lower than the nominal value, dismantle the driven disk again and use the appropriate compensation washer 1 (pic. 2.44).
NOTE: Only an appropriate thickness washer may be used for leveling.
If the actual value is equal to the nominal value, insert new fixing bolts and tighten them by hand.
Tighten the fixing bolt with a tightening torque of 60 Nm + tighten 1/4 turn (90°) (tightening can be performed in several steps).
