Removal and installation of the check valve of a drain of oil (petrol engine.)

Removing

Screw a standard bolt M8x1.5 about 4 turns into the valve -arrow- and pull the valve out of the hole.

Installation

Moisten the O-ring with engine oil before installation. By hand, press the valve into the oil channel (pic. 2.251).

Oil dipstick marks

1 - Mark max.
2 - Mark min.
a - Oil level from the grooved area to the maximum mark: Do not add engine oil.
b - Current level in the corrugated area: Engine oil can be topped up.
c - Level from the minimum mark to the corrugated zone: add no more than 0.5 liters of engine oil.
