Dismantling
Remove sliding door trim.
(58-223) push the door back so that the roller trolley is under the bulge of the guide rail (arrow).
Raise the rear part of the door, move the roller trolley out of the guide rail.
Lower the door slightly and move the guide rollers 2 out of the guide rail.
(58-190) push the door all the way back and raise it so that the upper roller can be pulled out of the guide rail.
(58-224) remove the lower guide and carrier rollers from the groove of the guide bar.
Installation
Check the rubber seal in the door opening, replace if necessary. Before applying Rubber Adhesive D21, be sure to remove the remnants of the old adhesive.
(58-225) (58-226) check the shock absorbers at the top (3) and below (4), replace if necessary.
(58-227) front edge of the lower roller guide (rusty place) Lightly grease with multipurpose grease.
Check upper roller guide/s and lower carrier and drive rollers, replace if necessary.
Insert the door first into the lower and then into the upper guide rail.
Move the door forward so that the carrier roller of the roller trolley is near the bulge of the guide bar.
Insert the drive rollers into the guide bar.
Move the roller trolley in the direction of the guide bar and place the carrier roller under the bulge on the guide bar.
Check the operation of the door by repeatedly opening and closing it, adjust it if necessary, see below.
Install sliding door trim.
