Dismantling and installation of the front bumper

The bus body is load-bearing. The bottom, side and roof are welded together. Therefore, complex body work must be carried out in the workshop.

Dismantling

Remove the screws (1) from the license plate.

Remove protective cap (2).



Remove hex bolts with spring washers (3).

Remove cap (4) and unscrew the screws with washers (5).

Remove buffer.

Installation

Install the bumper, slightly screw together with the license plate, straighten them and tighten the bolts, put on the caps.
