Checking the servo control for tightness

If there is a lack of hydraulic oil in the leveling tank, it is imperative to check the control system for leaks.

Start the engine and leave at idle.

Turn the steering wheel in both directions to the stop and leave it in this position for a short time. This creates the highest control pressure.

In this position, visually check the following components for leaks:

• 1. rotary valve.
• 2. worm screw seal. To do this, loosen the bellows binder and move the bellows to the side.
• 3. vane pump.
• 4. pipeline entries.
