Dismantling
Remove the radiator grille by putting 5 slotted screws in a vertical position and remove the grille, drain the coolant and assemble it.
Disconnect lower radiator hose, drain coolant completely.
Mark the electrical wires of both thermostats.
Unscrew the thermostats, disconnect the upper hose, raise the front of the car.
Remove the spare wheel by unscrewing the hexagon bolts and pulling out the gripping hook.
Attention! Spare wheel cup falls down, be careful!
Take off the bowl.
Unscrew the two metal-rubber supports at the top.
Remove the electrical wires from the fan motor.
Unscrew the radiator together with the fasteners on the right and left and pull it down together with the fan.
Installation
Insert the radiator together with the fan from below and screw the mount to the structure.
Screw on the metal-rubber supports at the top, connect the plug of the electric fan, fasten the bottom hose with clamps.
Install the reserve wheel bowl, put the wheel into it and screw the bowl.
Lower the car.
Screw in both thermostats with new seals; black on top, red on bottom. Attach wires.
Strengthen the upper hose, fill in cool, install the radiator grille.
After a test run, check if water seeps through the connections, tighten the clamps if necessary.
Attention! When the engine is warm, the fan may run for a while after the engine is turned off, or it may suddenly turn on when the ignition is off.
