The thermostat 1 turns on at a temperature of 93-98 degrees, and turns off at a temperature of 88-93 degrees.
The thermostat of the second stage turns on at a temperature of 100-105 degrees, and turns off at a temperature of 95-100 degrees.
Dismantling
Disconnect the wires from the regulator, unscrew it.
Installation
Fit the regulator with a new seal and screw it in.
Connect electrical wires.
Examination
To check if the regulator turns on at all, turn on the ignition.
Check fan motor fuse, replace if necessary.
Check if the radiator heats up at all in the area of thermostats.
Remove the plug from the thermostat, connect the terminals of both wires to each other. If the fan is now working, replace the thermostat.
If the fan does not work, check the wiring according to the wiring diagram. Check the reliability of the contacts. If necessary, replace the fan motor.
Check the function of the new thermostat. Warm up the engine and leave it to idle until the fan turns on.
