Loosen the bolts securing the oil pump.
(17-005) unfold the pump. Side clearance (see fig.) is 0.05 mm for a new pump, the wear limit is reached at 0.20 mm.
(17-006) check the axial clearance with a steel ruler and template.
Use a screwdriver to separate the suction filter from the pump cover. Replace seal, clean screen.
Tighten the fixing screws according to fig. 17-080.
Install oil bath.
