Checking the thermostat housing and vacuum diaphragm

The intake air temperature is at least 20°C.



Disconnect hoses -1- and -2- from thermostat -3- and connect them together.

When idling, disconnect hose -2- from vacuum diaphragm -4-. You should hear the shutter sound in the thermostat housing. Otherwise, replace the thermostat housing.
