1. The door must be adjusted if it does not fit correctly in the body, or after installing a new one.
2. Adjustment is made by loosening the hinge screws and moving the door. The hinges have larger hole diameters than the fastening screws, the hinge can be moved.
3. To adjust the dimensions of the grooves, loosen the cross screws of the hinges on the body without unscrewing. In order to reach the screws, remove the door seal and trim on the cover rail.
4. Adjust the dimensions of the grooves by sliding the tailgate.
5. The stop wedge needs to be adjusted at the bottom of the door (body lock). To do this, loosen the locking wedge so that it can be moved with force. A 6 mm Allen wrench is required to loosen the screws. Close tailgate and fit. Then carefully open the door and tighten the locking wedge with two screws to 20 Nm.
6. For better control of movement, outline the stop wedge with a felt-tip pen.
7. Press in the door rubber and trim.
