Gas shock absorber door

Removing

1. Open tailgate and support.

2. Remove the safety clip with a screwdriver (1) and remove the gas shock absorber from the ball pin (2) tailgate.

Attention! If the gas shock absorber is to be installed again, the safety clip must not be completely removed from the ball cushion. Otherwise, it will be damaged. Additional marked parts: 3 – screw, 8 Nm; 4 - support post (see fig. Gas shock absorber door).

Installation

1. Slide the gas shock absorber onto the ball joint.

2. Fasten with safety clip.
