Removing the additional motor and heater radiator
1. Grille, in the cabin; 2. Gasket; 3. Additional radiator; 4. Coolant supply; 5. Coolant return
The additional heater core is located under the bottom of the machine at the height of the sliding door. The operation is similar to front heating: the motor sucks in clean air (on the side above the footrest next to the sliding door) through the grid.
Air through the heat exchanger, washed by hot coolant, and the deflector is supplied to the rear of the cabin. The flow of coolant into the radiator is controlled by a valve controlled by a flexible cable.
Removing
1. Drain coolant (see subsection 2.16.3).
2. Disconnect the plug from the heater motor.
3. Remove the connecting hoses near the radiator (3), first loosening the clamps and pinching the hoses with suitable clamps so that the coolant does not leak out (see fig. Removing the additional motor and heater radiator).
4. Take out the deflector (1) in the cabin. Take out the seal (2).
5. Unscrew the radiator mounting screws.
Installation
1. Screw the radiator and install the deflector.
2. Connect and secure the coolant hoses with clamps.
3. Add coolant and bleed air from the cooling system (see subsection 2.16.3).
Attention! When replacing the radiator, replace the coolant in any case.
