Removing
Attention! On machines with all-wheel drive, disconnect the axle shafts from the gearbox and hang them horizontally on a wire to the body so as not to damage the synchronizer joints.
1. Unscrew the shock absorber from above.
Attention! The vehicle must be on wheels (see subsection 5.2.2).
2. Raise the car slowly. This weakens the spring.
3. Remove coil spring.
Installation
1. Check for paint damage on the spring, repair if necessary.
2. Install the coil spring so that the color marking (arrow) pointed back.
3. Turn the spring support so that the end of the spring lies in the recess.
4. Slowly lower the machine, while paying attention to the correct position of the spring in the support.
5. Install the shock absorber upper screw and tighten to 100 Nm.
6. If necessary, lower the machine completely.
