Turn signal housing — removal and installation

The turn signal can be removed separately from the headlight (see subsection 10.19.2). The headlight is non-separable, if the lens or reflector is damaged, it is completely replaced.

Removing

1. Remove the end beam guard under the headlight.

2. Turn off the headlight and turn signal switches.



3. Unscrew the fixing screws (arrows) and pull forward the headlight with the turn signal housing.

4. Disconnect plugs.

5. If necessary, push the locking tab of the turn signal housing forward and detach it from the headlight.

Installation

1. Insert the turn signal into the headlight housing.

2. Connect the headlight and turn signal connectors.

3. Install headlight and secure with 4 screws.

4. Install end beam guard.

5. Adjust the headlights at the service station.
