Examination
1. Turn off the ignition and turn on the washer with the power lever. If water does not splash onto the windshield, disconnect the plug.
2. Connect a voltage indicator to both pins of the plug.
3. Turn on the ignition and turn off the washer. The indicator should show battery voltage (12 V). Otherwise, check the wiring according to the wiring diagram (see subsection 10.20.25, subsection 10.20.26).
Replacement
1. Disconnect plug.
2. Disconnect the headlight washer water jet hoses (A), windshield washer water jets (IN) and rear window (WITH) and close with suitable plugs.
Attention! If the water pump is to be replaced, a new one must already be prepared.
3. Remove the pump from the reserve tank and close the hole in the tank with your thumb.
4. Install the new pump in the gasket. As a result, a small amount of liquid flows out.
5. Put on the plug.
6. Check the operation of the water pump.
