Removing
1. Pull out the radiator. To do this, unscrew the mounting bolts (1) right and left.
2. Swing forward the radiator with lock support (arrow).
3. Disconnect the plug from the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is located on the right side of the radiator at a medium height.
4-cylinder diesel engine and 5-cylinder diesel and gasoline engine
4. Disconnect plug connections from both fan motors.
4-cylinder petrol engine
5. Disconnect the plug from the fan motor.
6. Remove the lower engine compartment mudguard.
7. Drain and collect coolant.
8. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses by loosening the clamps first.
9. Knock out the pins from the spacer clips (arrows) right and left. Remove spacer clips from radiator brackets.
10. Take out the radiator together with the fan.
Installation
1. Replace worn rubber mountings, rubber washers, clips and pins.
2. Install the radiator together with the fan from the front.
3. Insert spacer clips and secure with pins.
4. Install and secure the lower and upper radiator hoses with clamps.
5. Connect wiring to temperature sensor and radiator fan.
6. Fill with coolant.
Attention! If the radiator, water pump, or cylinder head has been replaced, the entire coolant must be replaced.
7. After the control run, check the tightness of all connections of the radiator hoses.
